Are your products really all natural?
Yes, our products are developed from natural raw materials only. Additionally our product range is:
- Paraben free
- Sulfate free
- Mineral oil free
- GMP free
- PEG free
- Silicones free
- Free from synthetic preservatives
- Free from artificial dyes and colorants
- None of our products are tested on animals
Is your facility GMP certified?
Yes, our production base is GMP certified.
What documents do you provide for the products you produce?
We provide all necessary documentation in regard to the sales and import of cosmetic products, worldwide.
For all cosmetic products that will be sold within the Middle East and European Union, we issue a Product Information File and register the products in Cosmetic Product Notification Portal.
Can I test samples from the products?
Yes, we do provide samples. You can reach out to one of our sales representatives for more information, by sending an email to info@bindpharma.com
What are the sample sizes for private label skin care products?
We send the samples in their original package and size.
Do I have to pay for samples?
Yes, sample cost and shipping will be at the client’s expense.
What are your minimum order quantities?
All of our products are offered at an MOQ of 1000 pcs. per product.
In case of orders in bulk, the MOQ for all cosmetic products in category Face Care Products is 70 kg. and for all other categories – 80 kg. per product.
If you don’t carry the packaging I want, will you source it?
We work with several package suppliers and we can source the packages, even if we do not keep them in stock. You also have the option to provide your own packaging.
What services do you provide?
We provide all services throughout the entire private label process – from selection of products, production, adjustment to the formulas or development of new formulas, sourcing the packages, development of the designs for the labels/outer boxes, printing of the labels and outer boxes, to preparation and organizing of the shipment.
Do you offer the development of formulas according to client’s requirements?
Yes, we do offer custom formulation development. Contact one of our sales representatives for more information.
Can you help me with Logo and Label Design? Do you provide 3D mockups?
Yes, we provide label and logo design services, as well as mockups of the final products with the developed designs.
